Three unsourced listings removed, two records corrected

Three listings presented as solicitations had no matching notice on SAM.gov and were removed: a Virgin Galactic FAA license item due December 1, an Axiom Ax-5 item due March 1, 2027, and a Mars Future Missions budget line. The FCC five-year deorbit rule now shows its September 29, 2022 adoption, applying to satellites launched from September 29, 2024. The Polaris program no longer shows missions 2 and 3 as pending.

Facts unified across pages

The Artemis Accords count now reads 77 signatories everywhere, after Uzbekistan signed October 19 (pages had shown 43, 61 and 67). Amazon Leo now shows 396 production satellites launched (pages had 302 and 212). MMX shows as launched October 19. The commercial station piece now reflects NASA's firm-fixed-price RFP due December 8. Fission Surface Power no longer carries an unsourced $500M figure and shows the March 26 pause of the draft agreement path. DRACO shows as cancelled and PRIME-1 as flown. Three Tourism records that carried the wrong summary were rewritten. The RMWT ground entry points deadline is 4:00 PM ET, not CT, and a withdrawn Space Force training LLM notice no longer lists as open.

Artemis previews and Breaking corrected

The briefing is Friday, October 23, not Thursday. SpaceX's lander contract total is about $4.04 billion, not $4.2 billion. NASA says lander readiness decides the Artemis IV provider. The next Artemis III ground milestone is a short-stack tanking test, not a November wet dress rehearsal.
