RFPDaily articles are licensed to readers who agree to these terms.

1. Ownership

All articles, analysis, headlines, tables and compilations on RFPDaily are protected by copyright and owned by RFPDaily. Agreeing to these terms gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read them.

2. What you may do

Read articles for your own work, and quote short passages with attribution in the form "Source: RFPDaily" and a link to the article.

3. What you may not do

Republish, resell, redistribute or post whole articles or substantial parts of them; scrape or bulk-download the site; or use any RFPDaily content to train, tune or prompt machine-learning or AI systems, without written permission from RFPDaily.

4. Tracing

Each agreement creates a random reader ID. Articles sent to you carry that ID in a visible license line and in invisible characters within the text, so a copy can be matched to the agreement that obtained it. The ID is not linked to your name, email or device.

5. Cookie

RFPDaily sets one strictly necessary cookie, rfpd_terms, holding your reader ID, the time you agreed and a signature. It is used only to remember your agreement, for up to one year. RFPDaily sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

6. Changes

If these terms change, you will be asked to agree again before reading articles. Version 2026-10-22.
